Over the course of many years of cultivating my gifts as a poet and visual artist, submitting my work to publishers and galleries in the hope of being accepted/exhibited was at best disappointing - and of course, frustrating.

So...I established my own in-house gallery and hosted "outsider" art. But as a poet, I continued to research publishing companies to print and distribute my distinctive works, within my vision - and budget.

One way to accomplish my goal was to contact independently owned publishing companies in the hope of working directly with the printer and being involved in the mechanics of the process. Unfortunately, my vision to work with the printer nor my budget fit into their business guidelines. 

So...Being an "outsider," in 2015 I established my own independent chapbook printing studio with the purpose and vision of truly serving the community of "Wordsmiths."
